Refund policy

📦 Return and Refund Policy – Mehd076.be

All items offered on our site are designed on demand via 3D printing. Due to their personalized nature, no returns or refunds can be granted once the order is validated.

🔄 Returns not accepted

As products are manufactured specifically for each customer, they are neither taken back nor exchanged, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law regarding personalized goods.

🚚 Delivery issues

In the event of a problem upon receipt (damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours at info@mehd076.be, attaching photos and a description of the problem. We will evaluate the situation carefully.

📬 Package not delivered / lost

If your order has not been delivered, a claim will be opened with the carrier. Once the investigation is completed:

  • If the loss is confirmed, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to reproduce the item.

  • No refund will be issued automatically.
