Return and Refund Policy — Mehd076

This policy sets out the conditions applicable to returns, refunds, custom creations, and defective, damaged or non-conforming products ordered on mehd076.be.
1. Right of Withdrawal — Standard Products
For standard products offered in our catalogue and purchased online, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.
The fact that a product is manufactured after the order is placed or produced in a small batch does not, by itself, mean that it is a customised product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at:

- the product or products concerned;
- your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You may also use the standard withdrawal form available at the end of this policy.
2. Returning the Product
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 calendar days to return the product to us.
In the case of a withdrawal due to a simple change of mind, the direct cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and ensuring that the product is properly protected during transport.
The customer may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as they could reasonably do in a physical shop.
Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be taken into account when issuing the refund.
3. Refund Following Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the relevant payments, including any standard delivery charges paid when placing the order.
Any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered will not be refunded.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order and without any additional fees for the customer.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Creations
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
This may include, for example:
- an item manufactured specifically from an STL file or another 3D file provided by the customer;
- an object designed specifically from a sketch, idea, model or particular request;
- dimensions modified specifically for the customer;
- the addition of a name, text, logo or personalised graphic element;
- a combination of characteristics specifically defined with the customer;
- a creation made specifically for the customer that does not correspond to a standard product offered in our catalogue.
In these situations, the order cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.
This exclusion does not limit the customer’s rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the order.
5. Damaged, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Product
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- a description of the issue;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging if it shows signs of damage.
If transport damage is visible, we recommend notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the order to make it easier to handle the claim with the carrier.
This timeframe is a recommendation and does not remove or limit your legal rights.
Where the issue falls under our responsibility or the legal guarantee, any necessary return, repair or replacement costs will not be charged to the customer.
6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
New products sold to consumers benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.
If a lack of conformity is covered by this guarantee, the consumer may benefit from the remedies provided for under applicable law, including repair or replacement of the product.
Where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the sale may also be requested.
Bringing a product into conformity under the legal guarantee is carried out at no cost to the consumer.
Certain normal characteristics of additive manufacturing, such as minor layer lines or surface variations, do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity where they are inherent to the manufacturing process, have been properly presented and do not affect the intended use of the product.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcel During Delivery
If your parcel does not arrive or appears to have been lost during transport, contact us at:
We will carry out the necessary checks and, where appropriate, open a claim with the carrier.
Where transport is arranged by Mehd076, an issue occurring before the parcel is handed over to the customer does not remove our obligations regarding the proper fulfilment of the order.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost before it is handed over to the customer, we will offer, depending on the circumstances, either a replacement product or a refund of the relevant order.
If a parcel arrives damaged, we may request photographs of the parcel, its packaging and the product in order to process the claim.
8. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
For a standard product, if the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it where this is still possible.
If the product has already been shipped and the right of withdrawal applies, the request will be handled in accordance with the withdrawal provisions set out in this policy.
For a genuinely customised or made-to-order creation, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with Section 4 of this policy.
