3D printing already fascinated me, but it was still too expensive for me at the time. So I built my prototypes with whatever I had available.

Why 3D?
I started making things before I even owned a 3D printer.
At first, I built prototypes with whatever I had available. 3D printing then gave me a cleaner way to design, test ideas quickly and make the final parts myself.
Final school project
Bayek takes shape
During my final year of secondary school, I imagined Bayek: a cube able to display phone notifications in real time while also working as a night light.
What came next
Albert 1 & CloudBoard
I then designed Albert 1, a connected bus shelter that displayed live STIB times. CloudBoard came next, another project I cared about, although I no longer have any photos of it.

Project 01 · Personal prototype
Bayek 2.0
My first major project: a cube displaying my notifications through an RGB matrix. It combined electronics, code, 3D modelling and making in one object.

Albert 1
A connected bus shelter able to display metro, tram and bus information in real time. I modelled the enclosure in SketchUp before it was fabricated.
